This position is responsible for preparing documents for new and renewed loans for consumer, commercial, and real estate loan officers.
1. Prepares necessary loan documents for all secured and unsecured consumer, commercial, and real estate loans. This duty is performed daily, about 90% of the time.
2. Uploads loans daily to the mainframe computer system. This duty is performed daily, about 10% of the time.
3. Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.
High school or GED, plus specialized schooling and/or on the job education in a specific skill area; e.g. data processing, clerical/administrative, equipment operation, etc, plus 2 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of
education and experience.
Must provide excellent customer service consistent with Farmers Advantage Customer Service standards to all external and internal customers. Must maintain confidentiality of customer and bank information at all times. Represents the bank at community
events and in civic organizations. Must consistently meet all department service and quality standards. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy are required. Prefer working knowledge of loan processing policies and procedures.
